1. Overview

At E11venth Hour Events, we take pride in delivering exceptional event planning and coordination services. Because our work involves time, planning, and vendor coordination, we have established this Refund Policy to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties.

By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Deposits and Payments

  • All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your event date and begin the planning process, which involves immediate administrative work and scheduling.

  • The remaining balance is due according to the timeline outlined in your signed service agreement or invoice.

  • Payments made toward your total balance may be eligible for partial refunds under specific conditions listed below.

3. Client-Initiated Cancellations

If a client chooses to cancel services:

  • 30+ days before the event: You may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit and any completed work or vendor fees).

  • Less than 30 days before the event: No refunds will be issued, as significant planning and coordination have already been completed.

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [Insert Business Email Address].

4. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their event once, subject to availability, without losing their deposit if:

  • The rescheduling notice is received at least 30 days before the original event date, and

  • The new event date is within 12 months of the original date.

If the new date cannot be accommodated, the booking will be treated as a cancellation.

5. E11venth Hour Events Cancellations

In the rare event that E11venth Hour Events must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency, natural disaster):

  • We will make every reasonable effort to find a qualified replacement planner or coordinator.

  • If a replacement is not possible, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, excluding services or products already rendered.

6. Non-Refundable Expenses

Please note that the following costs are non-refundable:

  • Deposits or retainers for vendors booked on your behalf

  • Completed planning or coordination work

  • Travel expenses, rentals, or materials already purchased for your event

These costs are paid in advance to secure your vendors and resources.

7. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days of the request being confirmed.
Processing times may vary based on your financial institution.
