3. Booking & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
The remaining balance is due by the date specified in your event contract.
Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of services.
All payments must be made in U.S. dollars through approved payment methods.

If you cancel your event, refund eligibility (if any) will follow the terms stated in your specific service agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful event, clients agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information regarding event details.
Communicate any changes promptly.
Obtain any required permits, permissions, or insurance for venues or activities not handled by E11venth Hour Events.
Treat all staff, vendors, and contractors respectfully.

We are not liable for any issues caused by delays, misinformation, or lack of communication from the client.

5. E11venth Hour Events Responsibilities

We agree to provide professional, timely, and high-quality event planning and coordination services as outlined in your agreement.
However, we cannot be held responsible for:

Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, venue closures, vendor cancellations, or natural disasters).
Third-party vendor performance or negligence.
Guest behavior, venue damages, or safety incidents.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If a client must cancel or reschedule, notice must be given in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments (excluding completed work) will be refunded.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, images, and designs — is the property of E11venth Hour Events and protected by copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials from our website without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

E11venth Hour Events shall not be held liable for:

Our total liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services rendered.
